Vivienne is two! With two years under our belts with our sweet girl, I narrowed down our favorite items that make life easier, without all the fuss, clutter and unnecessary stress. Celebrating Vivi this week has been a much needed bright spot this month. With so much heartbreak in our community of Southern California, I am so grateful to have my kiddos close and this outlet to keep my mind busy, as we move forward.

One year with our darling Vivienne! Every day with her has been so deeply cherished. I remember so vividly being pregnant, eager to get through each doctor’s visit, each week and every month. Finally sharing the news and finally getting ready for our little girl. The past year has been a roller coaster of happiness, uncertainty, excitement, hope and growth.

My little boy is one and we just celebrated his first birthday! This first year has a been a bit of blur and went by too fast. It may sound strange, but I feel like I have grown up so much too. The holiday frenzy is upon us, and Christmas shopping is in full swing. Is it just me, or as we get older does this time of year just fly by? It is as if I never get to fully enjoy the holiday season. Maybe it’s because I do not get a three week Christmas break anymore? Either way, I am looking forward to some down time with family and taking in this holiday season with so much to be thankful for.
For Arthur’s first Christmas, we will be in the Midwest, visiting my husband’s family. We are really looking forward to this and cannot wait for Arthur to meet more of his Midwest family (and to see snow!).Continue Reading…

I made it through the first eight months, and our bundle of joy makes every day exciting. Our beloved little guy is smiling, giggling, finding his voice and is super wiggly. After looking back at all the ‘must have’ items that were recommended to me, and that I researched, I now have a solid short list of favorite items that I would recommend to my best friends and buy all over again.
