I did a much needed closet clean out last weekend. If I didn’t have a real reason to keep it, I pulled it. I’ve become much better at editing. The burden of having too much is something I think about, now more than ever. Quality pieces will always be worn and outlast everything else. With dresses, I lean towards classic more fitted styles, but this past year I have been loving flowy and airy silhouettes. I am drawn to feminine, sometimes frilly looks, but I love a good neutral color, and most certainly won’t pass up a bold color or pattern. So, a bit of everything, always depending on the occasion, of course. Most importantly, it is not just the quality and fit of a dress, but a dress that I am excited to wear, again and again.
