The holidays! The joy and cheer it brings is a welcomed and happy distraction from the trying year we’ve had. So, bring on the mistletoe, garland, champagne and all the gifts! Traveling is a touchy subject and the COVID situation is constantly changing, so I understand the concerns. By no means do I take what is going on lightly. The holiday frenzy is upon us, and Christmas shopping is in full swing. Is it just me, or as we get older does this time of year just fly by? It is as if I never get to fully enjoy the holiday season. Maybe it’s because I do not get a three week Christmas break anymore? Either way, I am looking forward to some down time with family and taking in this holiday season with so much to be thankful for.
