If I could go back to planning my wedding all over again … I would! Wedding decor, linens, the dresses and the planning will always be a slight obsession of mine, and lately I have been swooning over the bridal suit and the blazer that I saw so much of last year. This trend is ridiculously chic. It is a bridal trend I love, and I hope, here to stay.
Wedding season has been far from the norm the past year. I did however, enjoy seeing all the micro weddings that were intimate, spontaneously creative, and taking over backyards. My own wedding, moons ago, took place in my parents’ backyard, and just the thought of it being at my family home was exactly what I was looking for, traditional and elegant.
Wedding trends come and go, but I do hope the bridal suit is here to stay. Nothing can top a gorgeous wedding gown, but I had to share some snippets of beautiful brides in the ultimate power suit. So sharp and edgy, yet effortless and feminine. I love both the tailored and ‘thrown together’ styles.
